What: WWI Centennial Commemorative Concert
Where: Luella Bennack Music Hall on the campus on University of the Incarnate Word. 4301 Broadway, San Antonio, TX78209
When: Friday, November 10, 2017 at 6:30 pm.
Why: To commemorate the Centennial of the United States entrance in WWI. Music for this concert will highlight music from the era and the contributions Soldier Musicians played in the war effort and on the front. Original compositions from the era will help audience members to relive the WWI experience in a unique way. The program will also educate the listener in a chronological manner as the songs go from the beginning of the war to its end.
